I promise this will be the last mention of my magnificent swiss roll... I watched Saturday Kitchen and James Martin demonstrated his swiss roll technique.. I thought I could do that and so I made my first one yesterday! I'm obviously very proud or I wouldn't be blipping about it.. Anyway I sliced the last of it this morning and knowing I was going to be out enjoying myself I took this pic .. To show off my excellent bakery skills..
