Whilst cleaning the window

A sunny day, today. We drove out to a hamlet near Birdlip at about midday, to pick up an exercise machine I'd been gifted. We had a slight struggle to get it into the car, but once we got home I managed to get it up the stairs on my own, and instal it in my study. The sun was shining, I was striding on the air walker, quite fast, when I noticed how dirty the windows were.

That was it. I had to clean them, in between dealing with three loads of washing which I wanted to air outside, and changing the bed linen.Later, after supper, impossible jigsaw puzzling and watching two episodes of Trying, I did some more air walking. It's quite mad, I could have gone for an actual walk, but there was a lot that needed doing today, and GG is off on a spa weekend somewhere.

And now I've been chatting with my sister TML, whose husband has had a stroke. This is worrying, especially as he's in Bahrain, and she's not. I can only keep them in my thoughts, along with all those others who have fallen ill or died this year. We are not off to a great start, in terms of health, in 2023.
