Which way is up?

Today I made a rare visit into the city, I was shocked how quiet it was and also the number of city centre stores that were closed and out of business.  My reason for visiting was to photograph some of Belfast's historical entries.  However when I got off the bus this was the first image I was presented with - the Albert Memorial Clock in memory of Prince Albert and one of Belfast's best known landmarks.  It was a bright morning but very cold!
