what garages are actually used for...

I only know about two people on the development who actually put cars in their garages. We have a table tennis table which provides us with a little competitive amusement most days, and has been wonderful fun breaking up long rainy days.
Of course now we are watching Australian Open tennis on TV, so maybe the games will get a bit more intense!
