Evening

The evening was the best bit if the day today. I took the opportunity to walk down the hill to knitting and snap the yachts on the water in the fading light. I liked the way the sunlight caught their sails. I cast on a new shawl called Calliope's Odyssey, it's another knit along but I'm not that far behind although I've not been for a couple of weeks.

Had an interesting conference on children's mental health today at the Hilton in Glasgow and was well fed all day.

I had a meeting at the high school about Noah's trip abroad so he is now more excited and I'm less anxious so that's good.

I feel like I've barely got time to catch a breath at the minute so it was nice to have some time out on the walk along the seafront after dinner. The QM2 comes back to Greenock tomorrow so hope to catch her on the way in or out, the cruise ships usually start coming in April but she is the first one to come in this year with quite a few more to follow soon. Plenty of blipportunities for me :D
