Demijohn City

So now we are working less, we get more time to engage in activities such as this.  A jolly Christmas was spent consuming our home made port, and lots of wine has been laid down or is maturing.

The very yellow demijohn is the parsnips of a few days ago.  They need a a good year yet.  I am a bit wary of this batch, the last parsnip wine I brewed, made one of my friends pregnant...
