Snow day

Woke in the night and realised it was snowing. We didn’t get more than a light covering but it was very icy when Phin and I set off for an early morning walk. He was very excited to be out and back in his usual routine. The snowy ground was a bonus.

After breakfast I headed to the supermarket to stock up. I didn’t need to do a big shop as were at our son’s on Wednesday and away for a few days from Friday night so I wasn’t away for more than an hour. It did take 10 minutes to clear the car before I set off.

After lunch I carried in with the scarf, pretty close to being finished now, hoping to finish it tomorrow.

Mac and cheese for dinner, yum.
