Dark side of the MOON!

Some days my world is bright,
it shines just like the moon.

My head, so clear, my thoughts are sharp,
My body so in tune,

But other days, its darker,
My thought stuck in a loop,

My posture stooped, my eyes cast low,
A quagmire of dark soup.

When the conscious mind is active,
And tries to take control,

I lay back, breath, and relax,
And surrender to my soul.
