Prehistoric

I had no idea a heron was so prehistoric looking. He's like a pterodactyl or something similar.
I spotted him in the Water of Leith at Powderhall as I was returning from B&Q where I was buying a steak stake. Not for killing vampires with but for hammering into the ground to tie a big tall fallen over bush in the garden to.

1st week diet weigh-in today. 4lbs off, it's a start but a long long long long long long way to go!!!!
