Frosty Morning

This morning I had to thaw out the car before picking up Biskit. 
 
Minus 5C was enough to make the field between East Street and Doctors Lane walkable without getting muddy boots, so that’s they way we went.  It gives a stretch where the hound can be off the lead, and at some point in the week he will usually insist in going along there.  I usually agree if it’s not too soggy.
 
The afternoon walk was around the outside of the grave yard, then home via the field at the back of our house.  The ground was still quite solid, and the grass kept my boots clean.
