Alas Inverness…

What a journey this morning! 

All was going well till I hit Dalwhinnie then things started to go pear shaped. Six accidents in the space of twenty miles with multiple vehicles involved in one. 

There was fairly heavy snow but some of the manoeuvres I witnessed were simply appalling. You couldn’t see the lanes on the dual sections but people were still trying to overtake despite the snow being over the road kerbs. 

Stopped just outside Inverness with a view over to the Kessock bridge and what looks like a ‘full sky’.
