Strensall Common

Following a session at the gym we had some items to pick up in York. 

We decided to combine a walk with the collection. We tried a nature reserve on the edge of York only to find the gates firmly locked. A shame that vandals have caused restricted access. 

Reverted to plan B with a slight diversion to Strensall Common. We stuck to the higher ground as much of the common can be very wet at this time of year. Rather liked the icy reflections of the pine trees in this pool. 

Pleased with my sale purchases. Although nothing for me this time.
