A fen …

… in Kralingse Bos in Rotterdam. It was a beautiful day for a long walk. There were long(er) periods with clear sunshine and there was less wind.

I was attracted by the view of the reflection in the crystal clear water surface of this fen. This beautiful reflection unfolded in the light filtered through bare branches and closely spaced tree trunks.

I felt challenged by Mother Nature to capture this gift from her treasury ‘on camera’. I’ll leave it up to you to decide whether or not that worked …
