Another sunny day

V. and I went to her preschool's garden with her classmates this morning, and a result of that was us having dandelion greens and radish greens in our dinner tonight. I also baked myself a lemon-poppy birthday cake, from scratch, even using zest and juice from an organic lemon rather than extract. I made whipped cream for the topping and sprinkled it with edible lavender. But the photos of all that didn't turn out nearly as well as this one of V., eying some dandelion greens, as we were on our way to drop our laundry at the laundromat.
