Birthday Brunch

Helena, me, Shelly, Elke, Jason and Lynda at one of my favorite restaurants, the Birch Door. My brother Steve was supposed to be there too but, sadly, his car broke down and he couldn’t make it. We all had such a great time. Then Jason and Elke headed south to visit friends and the rest came to my house. Shelly’s daughter Elke and her family called from Massachusetts to wish me a happy birthday. Then Steve arrived and he, Lynda, Helena and I played Mexican Train. Shelly went home and came back later for dinner together. This time I cooked. Lynda cleaned up bless her. Steve took the girls home and Shelly and I watched an episode is All Creatures Great and Small. So ended a great birthday. And now I am 80. Oh my goodness!
