Heading up …

….. ….. ….. the Sawpit Gully Track this morning, except that Missy had suddenly decided to come back down to where I was trying to get a photo of the track! It really was rough going in spots. Steep too, going up and down. The views of Lake Hayes and the Remarkables were great going down the other side and made the effort really worthwhile.

I met some friends that were coming up the other side (it’s a loop track) as we were going down. We ended up at the same café later. They were doing the track in the other direction.

This evening we had a lovely family birthday dinner for my 30 year old granddaughter. Such a happy time.
