We have been in Leeds most of the day visiting  my mother-in-law at the LGI. She had surgery last night after dislocating her hip trying to get out of bed at the care home where she was recuperating from her recent illness. She is doing well, but very sleepy from the sedation used in theatre. The weather has been very cold and snowy but Leeds Town Hall was looking beautiful against the blue sky.
