Change can be worth it…..

I happened to walk through the precincts of Glasgow College today and admired the finished “new” building ( and its exterior landscaping) for the first time .

I remember , when I was Education Secretary , all the angst that went into the National reform process in the college sector , and discussions about this development which was linked to it locally.

Both however seemed to have turned out rather well.
