Jólabókaflóð Is the Icelandic tradition of gifting books and chocolate on Christmas Eve. It’s a tradition one of my friends has enthusiastically embraced for the last couple of years. We didn’t manage to meet up over Christmas or new year, so she popped this in the post for me and it arrived today. The book has been on my wish list for a while and the chocolate is from her recent trip to Iceland…
