Ready To Pickle....!!

Just another quiet day......brain freeze cold again but there was an almost instant thaw before midday.....and a strange feel to the air ....almost like before snow but there wasn’t any....so taking advantage of the clear footpaths I walked to our local sorting office to post cards..(outside photos)... I was beginning to get ‘cabin fever’ inside since the weekend but really afraid of falling in the slippy surfaces...
Other pics...a nice cup of coffee...hubby and I are practicing our ‘Barista’ skills... and some fresh beetroots from the West cooked and ready to pickle...!!
