Anxiety

I have been feeling anxious and low since yesterday and the reason seems to be stemming from the flat I have found this new flat. Nonna (landlady) is not aware about this, and I don’t know how she would react. However, I had noted she mentioned to me that I need to find a new place. The guy (Liam) in the new flat seemed OK, he is from Canada. How do I initiate the conversation with nonna on this.
