Rough Puff

I'm making pastry for a chicken and ham pie. I love making pastry but I hate the way it sticks your fingers together. I am forever washing my hands. Hopefully there will be a delicious pie on the table when DevonGraham arrives home from a hard morning at the office. I am serving it with mashed potatoes and Cornish asparagus :)
