A Quick Fix ?

Left foot is still playing up - in particular my 5th metatarsal is making it very difficult to walk or even stand.

This is a Factor VIII injection which I have from time to time when one of my joints is bleeding internally. Amazing stuff - used to be extracted from human blood products but now artificially created. Hopefully this will sort me out with plenty of rest - fingers crossed !

Carol has gone to learn how to use a defribulator this morning in readiness for her very part time work which she will be doing in June.

Cold again today, & just because I can hardly stand the door bell has gone twice forcing me out of my chair & making me swear.
