Colourful ......

....... the theme for this week's Abstract Thursday .... thanks Ingeborg for continuing to host :-)

This looks nothing like the original photo ...... it started as a pic of the shale/flint in the front garden (as seen on some of my bird images)

As this is varying shades of greenish grey it needed a bit of fartnarkling!

I started by adding colour ..... pop art purple looked best ...... then I tried glowing edges ...... a great improvement as that added green .... then a final touch using "sphere distort" ...... hope you like the result :-)

Change of plan today. No trip up to the bank as we have almost no bus service! There are several roads closed so the buses are very hit & miss .... one going past almost one hour late .... far too cold to wait around & hope!
Instead hunted around & found a phone number to call ..... they were very helpful & all that remains to do now is to take certain documents into the branch for them to scan/copy ..... much easier!
