Sunbathing

Molly likes winter sunshine indoors. 
I was interested in thinking through why she positioned her face by the door frame. She has been losing her eyesight over the past year. She can still see something but, we think, more shapes than anything else. As the vet said she will use her whiskers. She uses her ears and nose too and knows where she is by smelling carpet, wooden floors, doors, pavement kerbs etc. with her muzzle where it is she knows exactly where she is in the house. It’s a remarkable achievement. But she still bumps into things which even when we are looking out for her upsets us. But she’s a Jack so is resilient.
