Snaphappydays

So far as predicted..

The blue pot shows it’s going to be a blue hyacinth. I hope the others are as accurate to have a lovely variety.
This morning was spent on u3a admin then at lunch time I went down to the venue I’m running my Art group next week, with my “hacked” laptop and … Drum roll…. The technology worked . It took a while to access the internet and connect to the smart board but I’m confident I can run the presentation next week. It’s using a R4 programme called Moving Pictures which gives a commentary on a piece of art which you view via Google Arts and Culture and can zoom in to see such amazing detail. I recommend trying it.

Then shot off to photography club to hear via zoom a fascinating talk from James Kerwin, based in Istanbul, who specialises in capturing abandoned buildings. I really recommend checking him out!

Need ideas around here of abandoned/ ruined/ derelict buildings..
