Streaky sky

A short trip out today, to Ballinasloe.  We've had several frosty nights, but no snow here in Clarinbridge, which is close to the coast.  But as we drove inland, we noticed a sprinkling of snow on the roadsides and in the fields.  

W had slept badly, so we felt we wanted a treat.  So we stopped off on the way home for late lunch/early dinner.  W had baked sea bass, a generous portion of fish.  And I had stir fried chicken - also a generous meal with plenty of meat in it.

When we emerged, the sky was streaky red.
