Registered

Caspar is now officially registered as inhabitant of our "city" (for me it is a village, too small to be called city). He will have to wear this dog tag whenever he leaves our house. (And we will have to pay a little fee to the municipality, but in return the city provides free dog waste bags at several points. So it's okay.)
I have also registered him at tasso.net, where he will get another tag. Tasso is completely free. It is a database of many registered pets, and the tag will help to find the owner whenever an unaccompanied pet is found straying.
