Marvelous!

This breeding egret with a green lore struck such a dapper pose that I posted him to the National Audubon Society's face book page and they featured (shared) him with the world. It was the first time I'd seen one so I was very excited!

I also received an email on April 2nd from Audubon Magazine asking permission to use my comment on "Why Birds Matter" in their next print issue. I was completely thrilled to say the least! All in all it was a very good week for wonderful surprises!
