Raspberrys, stem ginger and cream

Another inforced stay home day, trying to get rid of this rattling cough.

This combination of flavours is very soothing for me. The sweetness and slight acidity from the fruit, heat of the ginger plus the softness of the cream make a lovely breakfast.
