Parking charges in the city of London

So not only do you have to pay the congestion charge, look how much it is to park. £1 for 15 mins mon to fri. No savings for longer so a straight £4 per hour. How would I be able to afford to fill the Ferrari with fuel if I paid those charges for parking?
