Stir Crazy…

Hi Everyone,

I only intended to do hours in the workshop today as the cold is getting me down somewhat… but got carried away and was there 4 hours… 
Applied two coats of paint to the Halfway… It was not the best colour match to be truthful but will do the job of protecting the frame until I get the frame resprayed sometime in the future.

Riding the bike on the turbos is again getting me down and I am going a bit stir crazy having to only ride indoors. As I can’t bend enough to ride the road bike safely on the road, I thought I would try and do one rider a week on the Brompton out on the road. The Brompton is far more upright, and I should be okay. 

When my hip is replaced, I thought I might start riding the Brompton to the workshop and the thingy in the photo fits to the front of the bike to allow you to fit a Brompton bag to it. I have a bag but never had the thingy.

Coaching tonight is the cold again – Grrr…
