50 quid well spent

Finally got these amazing books in the post today!

Tracy Emin's photo book which I absolutely love.
Reminds me of when I met her at a book signing and commented on her front cover, which was a photobooth portrait of her when she was 14. She was wearing wacky retro glasses and it was a cool black and white. When I discovered this book it jogged my memory of that moment with Tracy, and I preordered the book. It makes me want to create a scrapbook of my photos, reminds me of family albums and encourages me to look forward to my blipfoto book at the end of the year

Alternative Photographic Processes
This is the bible of darkroom creativity. Now that I am back in the darkroom and I have stacks of paper to experiment with, I wanted to learn more about alternative processes. My brother gave me all his darkroom paper a couple of years ago- literally tons of paper! (I will have to blip it another day)...some you can't even get anymore. It would be good to develop my skills on alternative processes to also be able to teach them in my art projects.
