Far from the Maddening Crowds

So lucky today, no one else was on the steep touring track from Villars to Roc d’Orsay which passes this big farmhouse/barn. In the summer there are so many cows here. The rounded snow cones might be gate posts, I am a bit puzzled by them! As I popped out near the restaurant where I was meeting old friends, yesterday’s bouquetins were easily visible and I was able to point them out to my friends. Thanks for all the gifts for the bouquetins too.
