Teasels

After a visit to the GPs this morning we went over to The Hive for a coffee.  That wasn't our first choice but the three other choices were either closed or very busy.  Anyway it was a nice drink at The Hive, and not too busy even though it was the parents and toddlers sing-along session.

This afternoon we met Emma and Rafferty at St, Peter's Garden Centre.  Here we took Raffy for a walk round the lake, still populated with a pair of hippos, met the giraffe and crocodile and saw the sheep grazing on the rooftop.

As it is Friday I took a photo of one of the bunches of teasels for Flower Friday, flowers still being thin on the ground around there.  Thanks to BikerBear for hosting.

Back in the centre we looked at sticker books, and treated Raffy to a pair, then retreated to the cafe for a cup, or two, of peppermint tea.
