Runner Up!

This is the prize that I won for being a runner up in the Cyclescheme daily commute photo competition. Feel very pleased with myself as not really won anything before. It seems just the right size to pop into my bag when I am out and about on the bike.

Had a couple of wonderful classes this morning. The stupendous one was on a roll this morning in Body Pump and was giving everyone a rollicking for not pushing themselves hard enough. Then we had the pleasure of two wonderful instructors team teaching in RPM. I really enjoyed RPM today, managed to keep my heart rate up and finished the class with a nice average of about 80% of my max. I absolute love the interval and speed tracks in this release and unusually for me, not mad keen on the hill and mountain tracks but they do make you work hard. All in all a most excellent start to the day!
