It would have been my Mum’s 90th birthday today.
We had been making plans for this special birthday last year , but sadly Mum died at the end of October, due to a fall she sustained whilst in hospital. :-(
I’m sharing a photo taken of my parents in Brechin in 1959. They were a handsome couple .
My day was pretty mundane, I took my car to to garage to get its yearly MOT and also to have a major service. I got my exercise walking home from the garage and then back later on.
I went to my Mums flat to sort some books to take to the Oxfam shop. I also popped in to see Nellie , one of Mums friends who lives in the same building. She misses my Mum too.
