Crunchy underfoot

Walked in dappled sunlight in the forest this morning. One of those very cold (-12), but bright and beautiful days. Monsieur B headed out skiing with our guests while I walked, cooked, caught up with a friend and walked again. Last night with our visitors so there was much eating, drinking and chatting this evening.
