BY THE SEA

This time it was The Rev surprising me with a weekend break….

Arrived at the coast about 1:30 for lunch in a warm car. Beautiful sunshine but oh boy was it cold.
We had a lovely stroll along the front and took lots of photos of the sunset. It was stunning.
Then The Rev said we just had to go along the coast to the hotel. Turns out his geography is rubbish!!!! Hastings to Folkestone is not just along the coast but 1hr and 20 mins away!!! However he had booked a lovely hotel we’d stayed at before in the same room overlooking the sea. we can always see it tomorrow!!!!
Lovely meal at the hotel and back to our fabulous room.
