No need to water

When the rain comes and we are in the clouds, the only benefit is not having to water the pots. It is now tipping it down so it has been a jobs day. I managed to get the dish washer working by cleaning out the pump. I cursed when I found that a vital screw needed a star shaped Allen key (why do they do that?). Fortunately I found a way to improvise.

A friend invited us for coffee so that was a good way to pass part of a wet afternoon.
