Here we go....

I was told that the only way to get rid of the disease in my blood that is constricting my vessels, hence all the previous surgeries, it to quit smoking...UGH! I have been trying to quit on my own to no avail. I tried Chantix but the side effects were wicked scary..so this gum will be my new BFF starting tomorrow. the ONE vice I have is now gone. LOL
Thank god I starting riding my bike and hiking...... my new life starts...tomorrow!
