Above The Cloud...and In The Snow!

The icy conditions which greeted me first thing this morning meant I was able to declare it a no bike day; not worth the risk of skidding or falling. 

I decided I'd go up high for a walk and opted for a stroll from The White House to Stoodley Pike, and, obviously, back again!! The valley was thick with fog as I drove into Halifax and through Sowerby Bridge, but then it began to clear...and wow it was stunning up at Blackstone Edge and beyond. 

Absolutely freezing temperatures but it was glorious! I've added an extra college of snaps too. :-)
