Should have been doing other things............. but........... Max decided to make some flans for tea tonight. He made two flans, one with broccoli/ salmon/ goats cheese and one with bacon/onion/cheese.
I was asked to stay around and offer advice, this took me back to when he and his sister ' cooked'.
We had a fun time and a great laugh and we made jam tarts with the left over pastry..........just as we've all done in our childhood. I used to like to make rose buds and leaves too. Jam Tarts
This was such a success we are going to do it again.
