Great tit

The tits don't seem to like clinging to the sunflower feeders like the goldfinches. The dash in, grab a beak full of seed, then fly off into the apple tree to eat it. I watched this bird for a while.  The seed is between its feet on the branch. It would put its head down to nibble the seed for a bit, then lift its head up to look all around - checking for dangers, I expect.
