Back blip from Akaroa

I arrived in Akaroa late in the afternoon. It was a good trip over with not much traffic. There was a cold wind but not many clouds about. It was 22c.

Everything was so dry as there had been no rain for weeks. The Camellia tree that still had a few green leaves last time I was here, was dead now. The garden enjoyed a good watering.
