Finally!

I saw my first WHITE ( I had mistakenly typed yellow) throated sparrow in the yard a couple of years ago and my bird app analyzed a sound recording I made and said they were singing in the yard this year! I caught him yesterday ( this is a back blip)! This appears to be a male and the little yellow feathers near his eyes should get brighter as mating season progresses.
As expected, I’ve been rubbed about my eye. It looks worse this morning as the bruising settles down into my eyelid. I need a pirate patch! :—)
We are supper last night with Johnny’s brother, daughter, and granddaughter. The 13 year old cooked and it was delicious!
