Did our regular market visit, then I was off up town to the new yoga venue for a session of Ashtanga - ooft, it's a long time since I did any! Was extremely out of condition. I'm sure I'll feel the benefit....eventually.

I arrived at the foot of Lothian Road a bit earlier (still leaving lots of slack for the buses to be delayed) so was able  a quick look at the Castle Terrace market - hadn't been for ages. Lots more stalls than I remember in recent years, and a big sign up saying that it's now a Stallholder's Cooperative. Shall have to visit again....
