Street Food?

This stall, of sorts, was laid out where we met the eccentric individual a few days ago.  I'd describe the collection of decoration and foodstuffs as eclectic as well as eccentric but I applaud the effort to support the people of Ukraine.

In the Extra you can see almost the whole layout; note the frying pan on the brazier.  The chap did tell us that he cooked his breakfast on the setup . . .
