Canoa Lake

So glad that I have discovered such a picturesque spot near the southern part of town.  When I moved to Green Valley over 15 years ago, the lake/pond at Canoa Ranch had disappeared and the area had been abandoned. It’s now on its way to being fully restored. The ranch is on the list of National Historic Places and has become another of southern Arizona birding hotspots.
