Still channelling the PB's

We walked from Sheringham to Cromer today on an almost empty beach, had a coffee and got the train back.  Turned out that was nearly 6 miles!  The weather was glorious.  

Lovely weekend with fabulous friends.  Got back later than expected so missed my Jazz rehearsal.

An important day for my best friend Sandra's daughter Lois who is getting married so they have been in my thoughts and am sending much love.
